the guys username is Hammel. i got an Eclipse off of him and and drove 7 hours to to get this car. he said the title does not need to be notorized. but it does and i called this guy but he denied wanting to fix the title to be notorized. so now i have a car with a title i cant do anything with. i live in another state. im not for sure if he just scammed me on a stolen car. but now i have to scrap this car. just beware of username Hammel

Pay an independent notary like 20 bucks and they will notarize it. Then as long as the vin matches the title you are good and they will transfer it. You have the property so the car is yours. Don't be a dumb ass and junk it. Ask around i am sure there are a few notary's around.
