slapnuts, I agree with you. I know there is no possible way to tell if the sidewall was punctured by a small heavy gauge needle or even an icepick for that matter until you add air. seller sounds like a real douche. If you can prove he had knowledge they were damaged prior to selling them to you, thats fraud. If you cant then it's a civil matter. Either way, if what you say is true, that guy should get hit by a bus. My 2 cents only
