why is it that people put that there car/truck is only 1$ why is it that you cant put the price you want and stop all this stupid pricing. i think that if you only list your listing as a dollar it should be corrected or takin down

Like this has been discussed 100000000000000 times already that means they are looking to trade more than just sell the car.

Didn't you have your truck listed for like $12000 not long ago?

I figure that some are actually afraid that if they listed their vehicle for what they want out of it then they might actually get cash offers for it and have to "decide" on wether to turn them down or not. Lol
When they list for $1, either they want to trade up (by more than what's realistic) or they are hoping that someone might make a cash offer. OR they are are retarded (no offense to those who are actually retarded, which is alot of people on here)Lol.

i get so tired of looking at vehicles and the price is $1. what? i personally think price sells. the funny thing is the $1 price person is sometimes the person that says , { that a$$hole didnt want this car anyway} or make other neg. comments toward what was maybe a buyer? . dont grumble because tire kickers, lowballers, and dumbasses respond. price the vehicle and you will either get offers or realize the price you have is out of line. i have a car listed here and i am quickly figuring out i am too high for what i have. if i over paid thats my fault, if i overspent on goodies thats also my fault, and if i think my car is worth more than you think its worth we both have our opinions. the ole saying goes > WOW look at that price on that car! must be a display / show car and actually not really for sale at that ridiculas price!!!! we all have had the > rare vehicle, mine was better that that one, i SOLD mine for less that he is asking for his[ key word is SOLD], and all the other behind the scene comments we all know and make. but back to the $1 price. why not put $9999999.00 as a price? perhaps you will get more 'lookers' and the same amount of' buyers' but seriously i dont know why some cars dont sell and DO have' real life prices '? are we smart? even a good swap meet seller has his items priced even if high or low. the 'right' price sells unreal prices cant sell. keep our troops in your thoughts and prayers! thanks hope this helps sell atleast $1 ONE car!

i posted in the brawl section too for the fighters !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The only price that's acceptable is the actual price or $1 if you are only interested in trading or want to entertain offers. If you post a fake inflated price or anything under what you are willing to accept but above $1 then you are only trying to gain an unfair advantage in the search engine over the other members who are posting their prices correctly. This will result in your ad being locked until you fix the price and could take up to 24 hours for your listing to get unlocked after you fix it and notify the Help Desk.

I have some of my postings listed with the $1 price. if u like my listing make an offer of what you think its worth. im not gonna get mad about it (like some people crying about getting bs offers) if i have mine priced for $1 and u think yours is worth more then that, how can i get upset if you make an offer on it, To be honest i dont even pay attention to the price when i make an offer and the main reason is, some people have crazy prices. All im trying to say is the vehicle is worth what its worth regardless what you might think its worth. thank you and goodday

thats understood, however how many ads actually are sincere with the $1 set up standard? thats my beef. why not put a TRADE option in the price spot? if we look there are so many $1 price guides but the price is mentioned in the ad? [ usually too much $] i do understand and i am sure other do too, its the unreal sellers that get pissed when you offer 8000.00 for the 8000.00 vehicle they have $1 listed but looking to get 15000.00. put the 15000.00 in the ad to start with. fishing is fishing but catching is catching , selling is selling. just my opinion and perhaps i am the only person to see it this way? i say price it or list it as a trade. i dont know any seller that dont actually know what they will take for a vehicle,,,,,,,, that is if they are a serious seller? :?: i also want 5000.00 for my 3500.00 car but i also know what cars are worth. its not our fault someone else over invested  there are many web sites to help us value our cars even the zl1 camaro has a price standard. 69was made 150+ are now to be known LOL ? thank God for clones and those who find them out when shown as otherwise. summing it up > we can do a better job as sellers if we choose to, i would venture to say more cars have sold with a' listed price' verses the $1 standard? do you have the results? i am not busting the chops of the 1$ guys that are real searchers its the sellers looking for the uneducated buyer that may regret the purchase after the fact. i love the guys that enjoy the purchased vehicle and brag they saved 500.00 on the price :D and feel treated fair and honest. i have heard the horror stories of the overpaid for undisclosed issues. those who have sold many cars know in there guts if a deal was fair or not , we have to live and sleep with ourselves. cant we price our cars with the cash price we will take and STILL put trades welcome in the proper section :?:
