I need some rims for my 95 Civic. I will pay $400 if they have decent tires. Must be between 15" and 18" and in good condition.Help a girl out!!!!

I'm just concerned about the cost of shipping and then on top of that the cost of having to put tires on some rims. I don't have much money to work with. I'll let you know if I can work it out financially. Thnx.
