Looking to trade a 4 bedroom brick house, located in Fitzgerald, GA. for 4 door, 4x4, diesel truck. May consider gas just according to what it is. We bought the house to use as rental property but will be moving out of state and need a truck. The house does need some work, we had an estimate of around $10000 to do repairs. The house was vandalized prior to us buying it, they stole wiring and plumbing and did some damage to walls. The tax value on the house in 2008 was assessed around $70000. Looking to trade this or sell it quick so I set it low, trade value around $25000, cash would be cheaper. Also have 2 other homes and paint and body shop forsale with some equipment and parts trucks, yard wrecker, forklift.
