If anyone on this forum is in a position to play with some real estate, I have a property that is very unique and interesting that I am willing to do some trading on. It is a .92 acre lot that sits within 100 feet of a golf green on an island community with several resorts and golf courses. The average listing in the zip code is around $600,000 and the neighbor across the street has their home up for $850,000. I have the property listed for $65,000 and it was previously sold for $74,000. I'm willing to trade it for vehicles, boats, diamonds, etc. Something personal that I can bring home with me. It's a prime property for a vacation home, retirement residence or investment. If anything, it's a property on a picturesque island that you could call your own. |
