 Post subject: Need Help Here Guys & Dolls

I need to know what i can do to modify my horse power in my 91 integra....my head has already been ported & polished my pistons are bored 30 over....another question is how do i convert a non v-tec to a v-tec without swapin the engine

Exhaust, Intake manifold, Bigger Cams, Intake system, Switch to a diffrent head (Gsr, B16 or Type R)

They sell kits for swaping to Vtec. Heres one site, pretty descriptive on what you will need to get..http://www.ls-vtec.com/faq.html
dont know what type of engine your running now, but they make kits for everything. Check out golden eagle too.

Ass ton of nitrous and a turbo as big as a spare tire, that should do it !!

get a head off an engine with vtec b16 is prob your best bet. get a vtec kit from golden eagle u can get them cheap on ebay. as far as power goes it depends on ur budget and if u want to go boost. header, intake, throttle body, cam, exhaust, p28 ecu, turbo kit if u want, rods, pistons, possibilities are endless

Find a civic shell, swap everything over, scrap or sell integra shell. reason, civic body weighs alot less than the integra body.

whats your budget ??? then you can narrow options. ls vtec motors are great under 8k rpms unless you build the bottom end to hold higher.. but there is some things to do first..

since your car is a 91 and if its still stock its odb0 ..you need to buy a jumper harness for vtec ecu, engine, and dizzy. for it to run proper.. you can use some short cuts but you get what you pay for lol ...

if you want a turbo motor just build your ls and boost...
