i have a problem the mechanics or body ppl can help me with... i have a 04 Ford Explorer XLT motor and tranny what other yrs can they be put in???? hit me up needa get a new ride so lmk

You can put them into anything you want as long as you have the wire harness and ecu...and the proper modifcation. But as far as plug and play... only the same version of what it came out of. If you have an ECU and a harness generally might be able to cross plat form the engine and tranny into something else such as a newer ranger, another explorer, perhaps an F150, etc. Just depends on what size engine and tranny you have.
