I own an 05 dodge ram 1500 2wd 6spd... My Truck sits as high as most stock 4x4 trucks and do not look a whole lot differnt, All my friends say i need to slam my truck... I have been looking a prices on lowering kits and lift kits and been looking at alot of pics.. I think that a 2wd dodge lifted looks just as good as a 4x4 just without haven to miss with the 4x4 problems... and a 6in lift through rough country runs bout 900.00 and a lowering kit runs 1200 plus... I was just wondering what everybodys thoughts on this are thanks..

LEAVE IT!!! dont lift a 2wd truck, you will just get made fun of. please dont slam it. i would build the motor up, lower it just a little... then dust mustangs and camaros. but if you really want to slam it or lift it, LIFT IT!!!

comment above is why "Coat Hanger Abortions" should of been legalized.

building a DODGE motor is like putting perfume on a pig..in the end its still a pig.
