i got the ranger when i came home from iraq for two weeks i got the title he signed it and i signed it but when i got to louisiana they said they needed a bill of sale from the stated i bought it which is mississippi but now i cant find the guy bc im back in iraq and he wont answer the phone. any ideas how to get a tittle would love to get it so i could trade or anybody want to trade wo tittle open to stuff

Get a bonded title from your insurance company. Had to do this on a truck I bought one time. Cost me like $50. Maybe difficult to do if you are out of the country though.
