You should be able to get by with just removing the front inner fenders as long as the wheels aren't too wide. You shouldn't have to do anything to the bed to lay out on 18's. However, I have never bagged a vehicle before, so I am not 100% sure. If the bed does have to be altered, though, you could just cut the bed floor out and raise it up (bodydrop it). That is how most people do it. Here is a link to S10Forums.com that may help you:

I am sure someone on there can definitely point you in the right direction. Hope this helps.

Can't be done. All the trucks you see in magazines are all photoshopped to make it look like they have big rims. The ones you see at shows are all built by magicians to make you think they have big rims. Another trick I've seen alot is guys just write 20 or 22 on the sidewalls of tires and you just believe they're really that big. True story ......................................................................................

Whoa whoa whoa there ! You have a Ranger on 20's that you say is laying frame, which everyone knows is about the easiest truck to lay out, can be done with lowering blocks and a little camber tweak. The truck in question is an S10 which he wants to lay frame on 18's. Totally different set-up ! Probably 10 times harder and again, can't be done ! You need to pull off some David Copperfield $hit to be able to do that !

Why would anyone say "Can't be done"???? It's just a bunch of steel. Cut that crap up and make it work. Lol. If you're not ready to modify it to achieve your goal, get out of the game now.
Anything is possible. Easy? Maybe, maybe not.
