I have a 1999 Gmc Sierra 4X4 and its got 9 inches of lift and 37 inch pro comp tires and stock 3.73 gears in it. If I put a different gear under it like a 4.11 or so would it help the gas milage??

yes it would help some, about 2-5 mpg more, but im not to sure which gears would be better for you.
