easiest??  s10, although you will have a bagged out s10 just like everyone else.   that just my 3 cents worth.  if just looking to get into bags, go s10 and make it your own, each, cheap, well less expensive.  and parts are plentiful and can get alooooot of the parts used on here or friends or just about anyone.  take care and best of luck to you in which ever way you go.
