Here is how this works Billy. Several times a week I pick a day and go through EVERY single ad that was posted for that day. I look at each ad and determine if it has EVER been removed and re-posted before it expired or if there is more than 1 FREE ad for this particular vehicle at a time. With the admin tools I have at my disposal, this process only takes 5 to 10 seconds per ad if there is not violation of the Listing Agreement. If there is a violation here is what happens. I send a warning through the "Admin" system directly to your inbox that you have violated the Listing Agreement with the warning that if you do it again I will lock your account. I then make a note in your profile that you have violated the Listing Agreement along with the date that you were warned. If you get caught in another one of my "sweeps" and you have been warned already then your account gets locked. Every time I go through a days worth of listings I send out at least 20 warnings and I lock 2 or 3 accounts. Is my system perfect? No, but is a lot easier than checking each and every listing before it is allowed to be published. You broke the rules, you got caught, you were warned, and you chose to break the rules again after you were warned. If you go to the Forum and copy & paste this message into the "Brawl Room" area with the title "My Account Got Locked" I will unlock your account. Hopefully others will see this message on there and not break the rules too.

Your days with Mautofied.com have come to an end. Go back to Scamslist because you are not welcome here any more. I tried to work with you on your lack of understanding of our posting rules and you chose to ignore them and do as you like. Game over. Thanks for playing.

As you can see I'm not in a very forgiving mood at this time. As you are probably well aware by now, I did indeed find the other account you created after I locked your first one. Please read the paragraph I have furnished for you below and convince me that you are fully aware of our posting rules and that you will not continue to break any more of them. Email me on Tuesday afternoon when you are ready to try again.

We have rules in place first and
foremost to protect our members who pay for their ads on our website.
These members pay to ensure that their listings are at or near the
top of the New Listings and search pages which is the prime real
estate of our site. When other members break the rules by posting
multiple ads for the same vehicle, you are in effect stealing from
the other members who pay. This is not acceptable. Basically anything
you do to your listing to give you any kind of unfair advantage over
other members whether it be a fake inflated price ($999,999) to put
it near the top of the search page, multiple pictures in one to show
different views of your ride instead of paying for extra pictures,
posting multiple ads for the same vehicle at the same time, or
removing and re-posting your ad before it expires to unfairly put it
at or near the top of the New Listings page, or creating multiple
account names and selling the same vehicles on each one can result in
the permanent suspension of your account. We have many measures in
place to detect these types of activity.
