Lets start a list of (that guy) We all have the guy that sent an offer that you like and as your working out the details they just stop responding people if you change your mind be an adult about it and tell the person or some other douche bag story tell us all about it

unfortunately this comes with the territory. best bet is to just move on. its not like he took your butt virginity or something...

if i were to list the persons who flaked out on deals with me, i would need a whole forum dedicated to it. i been with this site for almost 5yrs or so. i've dealt with my fair share of douchebags. one thing i learned is to take it with a grain of salt and move on.
