Which e-mail did you report this too? Mautofied IS NOT liable nor can do anything about your odometer discepency fraud etc. That is some thing you have to presue yourself and we will help with the authorities any way possible. Once again, and I said it before, if this person is trying to pass this car off as having a clean title, WE will and can do something about it. Never debated that...period!! It seems like you are switching gears now... where you first started saying "we dont care" because we didnt do anything about your trade that you negliently decided not to look aver the title, run a carfax, etc. And now you are saying we support criminals.. ???? Not going to get into a piss and moan match with you. I just think you should really re-think the way you have came off over the fourms. Can't blame Mautofied for your stupidity and negilence with not checking carfax, title, DMV, etc. So many tools out there for you to use to check out cars, and it sounds like you got too excited about a trade. I still don't understand where you think I ever blamed Mautofied for a trade I made? Nor did I ever say I expected you to do anything about it, as far as it goes "I'm screwed" and what can I do about it without hiring an attorney? What I've been saying is that this guy needs to be stopped before he does it again to someone else, and you're not listening. I've emailed the contact info address twice and then again on the report abuse button. What you could do is give me an address, and I will mail you a copy of everything that I am sending to the Ohio DOT. E-mail me directly at spootytang@earthlink.net with that address. I don't understand how you can't get that this is only going to help yourself in the long run, I have all the proof to show that this guy is a fraud, how many more people do you want to see make one of these threads? Hell anyone have a carfax account right now? I'm sure I can dig up the vin for the saturn i traded and then you will see it is a salvage title as which he has no mention of in his ad. |

Excuse me but you were the one [censored]hing for the trade, you had the time to look over the vehicle and the title. you knew what you were purchasing (trading) just the same as myself. I certainly did not get a show room car but knew what I was getting since I also had the time to look over the vehicle I was purchasing. Just because you have buyers remorse in the high gas prices is NO reason to act like a child who did not get his way. By the way the car does not have a salvage title in Ohio since it did not transfer and I expect you to quit writing about me and any further problems you have you need to call my house, I do not speak bad about you inferior autobody work now do I? I have to have a body shop realign the dog house, but do I whine like you NO, I knew what I was getting Just like you knew what You were getting. I want to say sorry to everyone for this guys rude gesters it certainly is not the way anyone should act were children and ladies might read! |

Now that I have read everything from everyone let me tell you all something else, my father went with me. this guy knew exactly what he was getting it is on the title, the ohio tilte that he was given to look over BEFORE I signed it over to him. He was very pleased was not worried over a dent and the paint not matching, because he is a body shop specialist. If anyone would see the paint job on the car I got, You would know this was a fair trade. I never got a carfax on this truck since it was a bank repo, with a clean title (in other words not salvage) with a mileage discrepancy, I Never knew how much, I have never seen the carfax report he speaks about, but we will just have to take his word for it SINCE HIM AND HIS WIFE BOTH LOVED IT AND CHECKED IT OVER FOR A COMPLETE HOUR. Posting garbage by this man doesn't make it true, no other person I have traded with in the time I have had an account with MAUTOFIED has complained just mister whiner who decided too late that an SUV in the gas prices of today is not the best way to go. I have never lied to any one nor will I. No I did not post the salvage title part, it no longer is since Ohio did not recognize it to be salvage, but I certainly would tell any potential buyers that it was wrecked and repaired in Wisconsin and by whom it was repaired by, plus anyone checking on insurance for this car their insurance agent would also be able to tell them about the car, just like my agent told me about this car. |

i was the one? you were the one that first offered me, i should not have had to look over the title. i was not as concerned about the [censored] ass low rate bodywork as i figured it was worth redoing with the mileage. i straight up asked you if the mileage was origional and you said yes, guess what, i still have that message, so now you are screwed! how can you say i knew what i was getting? when you were straight up lying about the miles? hmmm. and why not respond to any emails? because you knew you did something wrong, so now you can make up b.s. about my car to try and make it seem like i did something wrong, my car was aligned when it got new tires less than a year ago. and it now dosen't have a salvage title????? i don't know what kind of [censored] you're pulling but you're just diggin yourself deeper. |
