You wont get into any trouble with using the "Willy wonka's" name will you? Just wondering. I remember when my buddy and I opened our videography studio, we got in trouble because someone from a company seen our name that we were using that they had legal rights to. We weren't copying , it was just coincidence.

Willy wonka is a trade marked name, you can get into trouble for using it. If the right or i should say (wrong person) see's it you could get a stop order from the court system

As far as the copyright infringement, there is none. I bought the font outright from the creator and I do not have a "willy wonkas chocolate factory" which is trademarked I have "willy wonka's chop shop" however "I" am not allowed to refer to it as "willy wonka's" as that is trademarked too but I am in full rights to call it "Willy Wonka's Chop Shop" all day as it was never blanketed under the trademark registry and the font is not an exact copy it has it's own rights of which I purchased. I did a lot of research to use this name legally.

And as far as being a spammer, I am not a spammer I am just trying to network my business and abide by the rules.

I have been on this site since 2004 and have sold/traded many vehicles on here. Thank you for your interest in my credentials though and thanks to Super Patrick for clearing that up!

Thanks for all the well wishes guy's!

I am getting moved into the new shop this week and have some jobs lined up to bang out of the park and February is looking like it might be an ass kicker but I have been on a working vacation long enough lol time to throw out some serious work and keep it where we as minitruckers can have access to top quality work for a fair price. I also know that a majority of us are dependent upon our modified vehicles as our primary means of transportation and I will break anything you want down into mini builds if that is the case or weekends if that's what it takes.

My shop partner Christian is a M.M.I. graduate with several years post school work under his belt not fresh out of school. So at our shop is a full sportbike and cruiser motorcycle shop where I will be building custom frames, stretched swing-arm's, wide tire kits and such and Christian also sell's mounts, balances tires and can handle anything else your bike could need or want!
