Hard to trouble shoot over the net. I guess you will have to take it to a trusted mechanic.

HAHA thx for the help but all the mechanics down here are dumbasses they dont kno [censored] my moms truck needed an air filter done and they took off the il filter so we got charged for something we didnt need so yea lol thx though
